The PINETTE PEI Group is resolutely committed to sustainable development, and we are determined to integrate the principles of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) into all our activities. On this page, discover how we combine innovation, integrity and respect to positively influence our environment, our society, and the well-being of our employees.

Co-constructed in 2022 with our stakeholders, the CSR strategy has made it possible to formalize the Group’s ambitions PINETTE PEI so as to achieve its objectives, conduct its operations with respect for mankind and the planet, and thus create sustainable value for all stakeholders. It aims to make the Group PINETTE PEI, in the near future, one of the European leaders in corporate social responsibility in its sectors of activity.

Sustainable development goals

The United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals are an ideal framework for companies wishing to make a commitment, so it’s
quite natural that we align our strategy with these objectives. On the one hand, it is a question of justifying our contribution to
the achievement of global sustainable development goals, but also of ensuring transparent communication
with all our stakeholders.
In drawing up our strategy, 8 of the 17 goals were judged to be the most relevant for our Group. We are concentrating our efforts on these objectives as a matter of priority, in order to contribute to their achievement.

A committed company

The Life Committee

Created in 2021, the Life Committee has become a veritable institution at PINETTE PEI. The creation of this committee was a significant step forward in our governance and our commitment to ongoing dialogue and employee well-being. Comprising members from various departments, this committee embodies our collective desire to promote a safe and healthy working environment.

Known and appreciated by employees, the Life Committee brings together the varied expertise of each member. It meets every month to initiate innovative projects aimed at strengthening Quality of Life at Work (QWL) and Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S).

By encouraging discussion between employees and with the CODIR, the Life Committee creates a space conducive to the exchange of ideas and experiences, thus enabling a holistic approach to the development of QWL (Quality of Life at Work) and OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) oriented projects. This approach reflects our constant concern to adapt our practices to ensure a fulfilling working environment, in which safety and well-being take center stage.

This distinction testifies to our ongoing efforts to integrate sustainable business practices into all our activities. With a score of 70/100, our company is in the top 5% of the most virtuous companies in its sector. We are proud of this achievement and will continue to advance our commitment to sustainability and inspire positive change.

Every year, the company takes on a significant number of work-study students and interns, offering an invaluable opportunity for young people to learn and progress in their careers.

For us, welcoming work-study students and interns is a source of pride and inspiration, a testament to the company’s commitment to the development of young talent and its contribution to building a promising future for the entire professional community.

Every year, PINETTE PEI continues to get involved with production schools and other training institutions, such as the Composite Academy and the Compagnons du devoir.

By offering growth and apprenticeship opportunities to young professionals, PINETTE PEI invests in its own success while helping to shape the future of the industry.

PINETTE Academy

In an ever-changing professional world, the most successful companies are those that invest in the development of their employees. PINETTE understands this reality and has answered the call by launching its own training school in 2022: Académie PINETTE.

It is designed to train both in-house staff and our customers. The PINETTE Academy is the company’s commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. Designed to offer quality training opportunities to employees and customers alike, the school aims to cultivate skills, promote leadership and foster innovation within the Group.

What sets the PINETTE Academy apart is its focus on personalization and relevance. Unlike generic training programs, this tailor-made academy identifies employees’ specific needs and designs training paths adapted to their professional aspirations and the company’s objectives. Promoting digital engineering

PINETTE PEI supports the Cité du Numérique in Chalon-sur-Saône in the creation of the “Ateliers Numériques”, a veritable laboratory of SMEs and ETIs committed to the digital revolution within industries. We helped structure the initial proposal and are an active member. This initiative is helping to accelerate the deployment of the digital tools essential to the Industry of the Future.
