Created by a world-renowned expert, Composites Academy is the first training platform dedicated to composite manufacturing processes for industry operators, technicians and engineers.

JEC Innovation Award (Paris): The Fast RTM technology platform wins the innovation trophy in the process category.

Innovation Award at Experiences Composites (Augsburg): 2nd award for QSP®.

2015

JEC Innovation Award (Houston): The QSP®receives the innovation trophy in the process category. The QSP® is a preforming & forming line dedicated to the production of thermoplastic composite parts for the automotive and aerospace industries. High-performance: cycle times under one minute, assembly of multi-thickness and multi-material sidewalls.

2012

PINETTE PEI is expanding its Chalon-sur-Saône site to 10,000 m² of covered floor space, to manufacture ever larger and more complex production equipment and systems.

PINETTE PEI becomes a member of the CFK Valley Stade cluster (Germany), a group of companies and research centers covering the entire value chain in the carbon fibers reinforced composites sector.

2011

PINETTE PEI becomes a member of OSEO Excellence (now called Bpifrance Excellence), a network of 4,000 entrepreneurs chosen for their dynamism and commitment to growth.

2009

Acquisition of HERZ, Germany, manufacturer of plastic and composite forming machines.

Creation of PE GmbH, a German subsidiary based in Zernien (Lower Saxony), on a 1,000 m² site including offices and an assembly hall.

PINETTE PEI signs a distribution agreement with ALTECH - Japan, to expand in the Japanese market.

Acquisition of SNEPRO, manufacturer of tooling, assembly equipment, custom test benches and machines for special applications.

Acquisition of PERROT Dijon, specialized in the manufacture of machine tools for sheet metal and profile processing, which becomes JEAN PERROT.

Acquisition of DARRAGON, another manufacturer of hydraulic presses.

On the eve of its 100th anniversary, Établissements G.PINETTE, a limited company, is a supplier of industrial machinery, with three main markets: equipment for the mining industry, equipment for the ceramics industry and hydraulic presses. Acquisition of EMIDECAU, a Paris-based manufacturer of hydraulic presses.

1863

Gustave PINETTE founds THURILLET & PINETTE in Chalon sur Saône, Burgundy (France). At the time, the company already specialized in the manufacture and repair of industrial machinery.
