Pinette PEI.’s biggest asset relies in its ability to design and manufacture state-of-the-art press systems. That is why we are proud to present you the new generation of compression press: the ECS PRESS. This multi-process press system featuring active leveling control is designed to perform stamping, SMC, HP RTM, consolidation or over molding.

ECS Press : Eco - Compact - Sustainable short stroke press

Pinette PEI.'s biggest asset lies in its ability to design and manufacture custom engineered equipment on client request. Indeed, the force and dimension range can be precisely adapted - between 10,000 kN up to 40,000 kN to better fit with customers' needs.

Eco efficient

Pinette PEI's innovation allows the installed power required to run the press to be reduced by 50 %, compared with our previous generation systems. This improves the overall energy consumption and allows you to benefit from the most efficient and sustainable process you have ever experienced.

Compact

Furthermore, with a 50% height reduction and an implementation within a pit, our compact equipment shows on-site friendly handling, lifting and assembly. The access on the four sides of the press makes it both user-friendly and ideal for fully automatic production systems. Maintenance operations are also significantly improved in terms of access and conditions.

Sustainable

The working area is free of contaminants such as working fluids and shows very low noise level, thanks to the 80% reduction of hydraulic oil volume.

All these features make our ECS press the better equipment for your process, whatever your needs. Pinette PEI. is committed to provide highly reliable, efficient and sustainable equipment to the increasingly demanding industry. Our goal is realized through our new generation of equipment, resulting from our huge endeavors in R&D. We are dedicated to help our customers to thrive through innovation.
