Waste recovery: industrial systems for dynamic energy recovery by extrusion
For the environmental industry, and more specifically for waste recovery, PINETTE PEI has designed an industrial system equipped with an extrusion press for compressing material at very high pressure. At the end of the extrusion process, the recovered materials are used for waste-to-energy conversion via a variety of processes.
PROCESSING SOLUTION FOR WASTE RECOVERY
The machine’s design enables it to handle a wide range of applications (cardboard, plastics, wood, household or food waste, etc.). The machine has also been designed for easy maintenance. The extrusion system eliminates bacteria and eliminates odors (environmental protection).
The entire system is operated and controlled by a PLC using pre-programmed production recipes, adapted to each type of material. The recovered materials are then used to produce energy (electricity or methane gas).
