Protective skirt
PINETTE PEI supplies production lines for protective skirts manufactured by thermoplastic stamping. These automated lines enable short cycle times and high production rates.
Interior trim
For the production of interior trim parts, we supply highly automated turnkey and customized RTM and HP-RTM lines offering high repeatability.
Window coverings
For the production of window frames, PINETTE PEI is a designer, manufacturer and supplier of compression presses and production lines for SMC – GMT – BMC applications. These presses – up to 40,000 kN – are equipped with an active parallelism control system and can be combined with peripheral systems such as loading/unloading robots and cutting units.
Seat structure
Seats are used in large volumes in rail transport systems. To meet these high production rate requirements, as well as weight reduction constraints, PINETTE PEI offers turnkey preforming lines, offering precision and speed.
