PINETTE PEI supplies thermoforming machines for prepregs and dry carbon fabric sheets. Our equipment can be adapted to operate in class 8 cleanrooms, thanks to dust, airflow and temperature management devices.

The infrared structure has a 1,200 mm stroke, enabling the distance between the infrared and the preforming tools to be adjusted. The mobile transfer table is equipped with an electric motor, castors, a speed inductor and 10 thermocouples.

The entire system is driven by an automated control system via a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), which controls and regulates the heating temperature. To facilitate the work of operators, the control panel is displayed on a touch-sensitive HMI (Human Machine Interface) screen.

As an engineering group, PINETTE PEI is also able to design and build customized equipment, specifically tailored to your preforming applications.
