QSP® direct layup
The QSP® direct layup 1300 allows you to produce multi-layer 2D+ preforms by combining cutting and patch positioning, thus optimizing the manufacturing process.

Input materials
The QSP direct layup 1300 can produce preforms from organo sheets or from multi-layer thermoplastic tapes (all thermoplastic resins are accepted), based on glass fibers or carbon fibers.
Thanks to the cutting units and automated laying system, the patches are cut, placed and welded to form a 2D+ multi-layer preform.
PINETTE PEI and its partner CETIM, the technical center for mechanical industries, can support you throughout your project, from part development to industrialization, including process simulation and the definition of an optimized layering plan.
Although standard, this machine can be adapted to meet the specific needs of each customer.
This composite preform production unit has been designed for easy transport and handling, to adapt to any conceivable configuration, including integration into a complete production line.
