PINETTE PEI offer solutions for the production of polyurethane foam parts. We supply automated production lines to manufacture PU polyurethane parts using the PUR foaming process. These lines are used to produce, among other things, carpets, aprons and interior dashboards for the automotive industry.
Our tailor-made systems for PUR foaming and carpet back foaming are equipped with compression presses – up to 2,000 kN – and high-performance injection units. Because each customer has its own specific requirements, our solutions can be designed to operate in manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic mode.
The PINETTE PEI lines are compact and ensure temperature control and regulation throughout the manufacturing process. All our equipment complies with international and regional safety standards and design regulations such as CE, UL, OSHA and GOST.
PINETTE PEI offers turnkey production lines for the manufacture of soundproofing parts for vehicle interiors. To obtain the final part, our lines operate in two stages: thermoforming of heavy EPDM masses and coating of polyurethane foam on the thermoformed parts. The design of these thermoforming lines is based on the Kaizen approach, which aims to facilitate the work of operators and thus guarantee optimum flexibility and productivity, whatever the configuration.
They can be composed as follows:
To complement the PUR foaming process, we supply electric mold holders with semi-automatic systems for layering EPDM masses.
PINETTE PEI designs and supplies production lines for curing PVC foams. These PVC foams are used as the main material for wind turbine blades.
PINETTE PEI is a supplier of complete turnkey lines:
The tooling is transported by conveyor to the filling station, where the liquid PVC foam is poured in. It then continues on to the multi-platens storage rack. During this journey, the tooling is closed with a lid, either manually or via a manipulator or automatic pick & place system. Once closed, the tooling is placed in the storage rack using an automatic loading system. When the rack is full, it is quickly transferred to the multi-plateens Curing press. The automatic unloading system, the second storage rack and the automatic quick-change system between racks further optimize the productivity of this production line.
As an industrial engineer, PINETTE PEI supplies presses, systems and solutions tailored to the specific needs of your PVC products and applications.
