SMC-BMC-GMT compression presses
PINETTE PEI is a long-standing supplier of production systems & compression presses for plastics and composites forming. One of our core businesses is the production of hydraulic compression presses for BMC (Bulk Molding Compound) and thermoset composites such as SMC (Sheet Molding Compound) or thermoplastics such as GMT (Glass Mat Thermoplastics). These machines are the best option for high-speed production of composite parts with high mechanical properties.
SMC - BMC - GMT COMPRESSION PRESSES AND PRODUCTION SYSTEMS
Our compression presses for SMC, BMC, & GMT – from 5,000 to 40,000 kN – are designed to be energy-efficient while maintaining optimum performance. They feature an active parallelism control system, and are PLC-driven.
Our solutions not only save energy, they also save time, with cycle times ranging from 45 seconds for structural parts to 120 seconds for technical and complex parts such as truck bodies or tailgates.

All our machines can be integrated into fully automated production systems.
