Presses & thermocompression lines for automotive composite parts production

PINETTE PEI has a wide range of presses, thermocompression machines and thermoforming lines for the production of composite parts for automotive sound insulation. Thermoformed parts or sheets for vehicle sound insulation (soundproofing felts) or engine compartments (glass fibers). These production facilities can be semi-automated or fully automated, reducing the number of operators required.

Turnkey thermocompression lines

Our production lines are designed to meet the highest quality standards, and we use only top-quality components supplied by world-renowned brands. Our machines and turnkey forming lines comply with international and regional standards (Europe, America, Russia and Asia) and can include:

  • Unit / Press for peeling and cutting material
  • Automatic roller changing system to avoid production interruptions and hazardous situations for operators
  • Direct polymerization in heated mold for thermoset matrix composites
  • Preheating station for thermoplastic matrix composites
  • Hydraulic press with compression force up to 40,000 kN
  • Electric heating system, with steam or hot air injection
  • Soundproofing plate shaped in a controlled environment
  • Automatic unloading system controlled by our own software
