For the waste recycling industry, Pinette PEI. has designed extrusion systems for waste sorting that perform very high compression at high pressure, facilitating waste treatment.

Waste recycling system 

The efficient design accepts a large range of waste (cardboard, household waste, food waste, wood…) and allows an easy maintenance. Our press system suppresses smells and bacterial matter, to protect environment.

The whole system is controlled by a proprietary PLC, with pre-programmed production sequences. Every output matter is used to produce energy (electricity or methane gas), in order to enhance your activity.
